Heat molding — our process
Every ripple fold curtain we make is heat molded. The folds are set using a controlled heat process that locks the waves permanently into the fabric — so the curtain opens, closes, and washes without losing its shape. This is something we do in-house, and something you won't find anywhere else.
Ripple fold curtains create evenly spaced, continuous waves that drape cleanly from ceiling to floor. Unlike traditional pleated styles, ripple folds use a track system that keeps fabric uniform across the full width of your window.
