How do I get a quote for my naked windows?

Everyday curtains offers free consultation for our clients, the meeting can take place at site or at our Ubi show office. During the session our consultants will bring along the requested samples and give a quote. You can also request for recommendations from our consultants that are trained in interior design.

When is a good time to request for an onsite consultation?

Ideally the best time for us to do a site visit is when the flooring and all the carpentry near the windows are done. However, due to the covid situation we understand that our customers would like to finalize the details early. Worry not! Let our trained consultants visit your home to have a discussion on how to dress up your naked windows.

Which part of the renovation process should be the blinds/curtains be installed?

The installation should take place after renovation works are completed and the site has undergone general cleaning. If you are planning on installing window grills, the blinds and curtains should come after the grills installation.

Warranty terms:

Our products comes with 1 year warranty on mechanism only, it excludes the fabric, wear and tear, weak ceiling structure, user misuse and acts of god. The warranty will be voided if our products has been tampered with.
Any other defects have to be made known to us on the day of installation for it to be eligible for remedy.

Cancellation, exchange, refund terms:

We customize all our products to fit your windows perfectly. Once your order is confirmed we are not able to accept any cancellation, changes, exchanges or refunds. If a cancellation is made, the total agreed price of the order has to be paid.

Liability terms:

Purchaser is responsible for the ceiling/wall reinforcement works and scaffolding if needed, purchaser must ensure there’s no pipes or wires and under the mounting position and inform us of works that might affect the measurements before order confirmation. All additional trips or alterations will be subjected to material and labour fee. We do not install tracks that are not supplied by us. We reserve the rights to substitute goods with goods of equivalent values. Under no circumstances will Everyday Curtains be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities even if a party has been advised.
