Type 1 : Showroom Consultation – Recommended
We highly recommend visiting our showroom for a comprehensive consultation. Here, you'll have access to a wider selection of samples, along with expert advice on the best options for your space. Bring your floor plan, window photos, and measurements ( if you have them) , and we'll provide tailored pricing to suit your needs. After order confirmation, we will arrange a detailed measurement appointment to ensure a flawless fit. This option allows you to make informed decisions with the full range of possibilities at your fingertips.
Type 2: On-site Consultation
Our on-site consultation brings the showroom experience directly to your doorstep. Our consultants will visit your location with our core product samples, providing you with pricing while taking precise measurements. This option is ideal for customers who value convenience or need immediate measurement. Please note, the on-site consultation is complimentary but limited to one session per customer!

As we do not charge for measurements, we are unable to provide exact measurements to our clients before purchase. However, we encourage clients to seek clarification by asking questions such as wall-to-wall, ceiling, or beam mounting, to ensure we meet your specific needs. If no specific measurement requests are made after purchase, we will proceed with the dimensions as noted during the consultation to provide you with the best-fitting curtains for your space.
When is a good time to request for an consultation?
To optimize your showroom consultation, we recommend scheduling it after your home's design and theme have been finalized.
For our on-site consultation, it's advisable to plan it after the flooring and carpentry near the windows have been completed. Rest assured, if you schedule the on-site session during the initial stages of renovations, please inform our consultants of any ongoing work that may impact our measurements.
At which stage of the renovation process should be the curtains and blinds be installed?
The curtains and blinds installation should take place after renovation works are completed and the site has undergone general cleaning. If you are planning on installing window grills, the curtains and blinds should come after the grills installation.
Terms of warranty:
Our curtains and blinds come with a 1-year warranty covering the system mechanism only; it does not include the fabric and slats. Excluded from warranty coverage are issues resulting from wear and tear, improper usage, alterations, dismantling, cleaning, and acts of nature. No warranty applies to curtains and blinds installed on false ceilings or for blinds exceeding the recommended width limit of 2.25 meters. Any defects or necessary adjustments must be reported on the day of installation to qualify for remedy. Additional trips, alterations, or adjustments beyond the initial installation are subject to material and labor fees. The warranty does not cover scaffolding if it is required.
Terms of cancellation, exchange, refund:
We tailor all curtains and blinds to precisely match your window dimensions. After order confirmation, we regret that we cannot accommodate cancellations, alterations, exchanges, or refunds. If a cancellation is made, the total agreed price of the order has to be paid. In the course of the curtains and blinds consultation process, there may be modifications to material choices, etc., so please confirm your ultimate selection, paneling, control, size, and height with your consultant. In the event of a dispute without a documented conversation log with our consultant, the final selection will be based on our consultant's last notes.
Terms and condition of purchase:
All quotes have a maximum validity of 14 days. Price quoted on estimated measurements may be subject to adjustment upon site measurement. Final invoice will be given after the order is fully paid.
Purchaser is responsible for the ceiling/wall reinforcement works and scaffolding if they are required, purchaser must ensure there’s no pipes or wires and under the mounting position and inform us of works that might affect the measurements before order confirmation. If an alteration is required due to purchaser works done after our measurements (without notice to us), there will be additional transport and alteration charges. Purchaser is able to postphone the installation dates that have been confirmed without any charges as long as a 10-day notice period is given. ( Excluding scaffolding )

We do not install tracks or systems that are not supplied by us.
All Curtains quoted are pleated unless stated otherwise and might contain joint lines.
Blackout lined curtains may be stiff at the start.
All blinds above 1.85m width could warp over time.
We reserve the rights to substitute goods with goods of equivalent values.
Under no circumstances will Everyday Curtains be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities even if a party has not been advised.
