How do I get a quote for my naked windows?
We offer 2 type of consultation:
Type1. On-site consultation + measurements🛠:
Our consultants will give you the exact pricing and show you samples at your site! We recommend you to pick this if your renovation is the late stages. ( 1 Foc session per customer )
Type2. Showroom consultation📖
Our Consultants will show you samples and give a pricing based on your floor plan, photos of your windows and your own measurements. After your order is confirmed we will perform the measurements at a later date. We recommend you to pick this if your renovation is still in the early stages. ( Foc )
When is a good time to request for an consultation?
For our Singapore show office consultation, it would be best to schedule it after the design and theme of your home has been confirmed. For our onsite consultation it would be best to schedule it after the flooring and carpentry near the windows are done. Due to the covid situation we understand that our customers would like to finalize the details early. Worry not! If the onsite session is scheduled during the early parts of the renovations, do inform our consultants of works that might affect our measurements.
Which part of the renovation process should be the blinds/curtains be installed?
The curtains and blinds installation should take place after renovation works are completed and the site has undergone general cleaning. If you are planning on installing window grills, the blinds and curtains should come after the grills installation.
Terms of warranty:
Our curtains and blinds comes with 1 year warranty on the system mechanism only, it excludes the fabric, wear and tear, improper usage, improper cleaning and acts of god. There is no warranty on curtains and blinds installation made on unreinforced false ceiling/weak ceiling structure and for blinds above the recommended width limit of 2.25m. All defects and adjustments required have to be made known to us on the day of installation for it to be eligible for remedy. As all curtains and blinds Installation charges are based on a single trip and all additional trips/alterations/adjustments are subjected to material and labour fee. Warrenty does not include scarffolding if it's required.
Terms of cancellation, exchange, refund:
We customize all our curtains and blinds to fit your windows perfectly. Once your order is confirmed we are not able to accept any cancellation, changes, exchanges or refunds. If a cancellation is made, the total agreed price of the order has to be paid. Along the curtains and blinds consultation process there might be changes to the material selection etc, do confirm your final pick/paneling/control/size/height with your consultant. Should a dispute arise without a conversation log with our consultant, the final pick will follow our consultant final notes.
Terms and condition of purchase
All quotes have a maximum validity of 14 days. Price quoted on estimated measurements may be subject to adjustment upon site measurement.
Purchaser is responsible for the ceiling/wall reinforcement works and scaffolding if they are required, purchaser must ensure there’s no pipes or wires and under the mounting position and inform us of works that might affect the measurements before order confirmation.
Purchaser is able to postphone the installation dates that have been confirmed without any charges as long as a 10-day notice period is given. ( Excluding scaffolding )
We do not install tracks or systems that are not supplied by us.
All Curtains quoted are pleated unless stated otherwise and might contain joint lines.
All blinds above 1.85m width could warp over time.
We reserve the rights to substitute goods with goods of equivalent values.
Under no circumstances will Everyday Curtains be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities even if a party has not been advised.
